For 20 years, I worked as and Engineering Manager for Intel Corporation working on a variety of projects delivering complex new products, technologies, factories and processes.  During that time I learned to deliver projects on time with professional results and great customer service.

My career started in California and also included lengthy expat assignments in Manila and Shanghai.  During my time in Asia, I developed my first website in 1998 as a way to show my friends back home, my adventures in the Far East.

Over time, I've developed my web skills building sites for golf groups, charities, schools and businesses.  Along the way, I've used HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP, PHP and MySQL languages.  Since 2008, I've been developing sites primarily using the Joomla Content Management System.  My coding experience has proved useful in understanding and customizing Joomla and it's extensions when needed.

I reside in St. Petersburg Florida.  From here, I provide web services for local, national and international clients.

I've been developing web sites since 1998.   For the last decade, I've developed almost exclusively on Joomla. 

The Joomla Content Managment System is a great choice as it is broadly used and widely supported.   The Joomla CMS is free open source software.  Both free and inexpensive site templates are widely available greatly reducing the initial site development time and costs.  Once a site is setup, updating and maintenance can be managed without great technical expertise.

Joomla also offers a large number of extensions that can increase functionality ie. shopping carts, slide shows, image rotators.... Because of the availability of free and inexpensive extensions, additional functionality that you require can usually be added at very reasonable prices.

Given my years of programming in HTML, CSS, PHP, mySQL and Java, I can modify and extend Joomla to achieve the look and functionality the customer desires.  I am particularly adept at developing database solutions.
